Research On Supply Chain Model And Contract Coordination Of Biomass Power Generation Under Fuzzy Supply

In recent years,with the deepening of industrialization and urbanization in China,the consumption of energy and resources has been increasing continuously.Coal-based energy structure has seriously affected the health and living environment of people.The society and the community have paid more and more attention on the issue of the environmental pollution.Biomass energy is one of the most important,clean and renewable energy,which is the world's fourth largest energy in the earth after oil,coal,and natural gas.And biomass energy has become an important force in the transformation of the international energy.Biomass energy has the characteristics of green,low carbon,clean,renewable and rich storage and has broad prospects for development.Accelerating the development and utilization of biomass energy is an important part of promoting energy production and consumption revolution.Also,making full use of biomass energy is an important task to improve environmental quality and develop circular economy.During the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan period,our country vigorously promotes the development of biomass energy industry,but straw collection difficulties have become the main problems restricting the development of biomass energy industry in China.In this paper,we take the farmers' straw supply quantity as fuzzy variables with the background of the supply chain of the biomass power generation.We set the supply models of straw fuel in two kinds of supply model.The contract quantity of three parts and the supply amounts in two models are analyzed through model derivation and example analysis.The results show that: The profit of the intermediary determines the supply quantity of the farm households and the contract quantity of the biomass power generation to a large extent.In the supply model of farmers,middlemen and power plant,middlemen taking responsibility for the fixed cost of farmers can be good to improve the supply of the straw fuel from farmers,but it will increase the risk of intermediate business in a certain extent.In the supply model of farmers,formal organization and power plant,the supply quantity of farmers always keep in a high level.Contract coordination is an important way to promote supply chain optimization.Reasonable contract can motivate the parties of the supply chain to improve the behavior of the parties.In this paper,we discuss the effects of the cost sharing contract,revenue sharing contract and futures contract to the biomass fuel supply chain on the situation of the fuzzy supply.In the cost sharing contract,power plant and agents sharing the fixed costs of the farmers can encourage farmers to collect and sell the straw,in order to guarantee the supply number of straw.Under this situation,the expected income on fuzzy supply of the power plant,agents and farmers increase.However,the risk of the power plant and agents increase due to de increased cost.And the number of contracts will be reduced.The revenue sharing contract has an obvious effect on the stability of supply chain.In the revenue sharing contract,the quantities of farmers' straw supply and purchase quantities of agents are increasing,in the cost of power plant generation income.In futures contracts,long-term supply chains are more stable under low deposit and high purchase price.
