Primary stage in the form of small and medium-sized enterprise is the enterprise, is one of the important economic organization, guide the accumulation of capital in the world economic development and revolution of science and technology plays an important role, even in large companies and enterprise groups throughout the today, small and medium-sized enterprises is still an important part of the world economy. But our country small and medium-sized enterprises have been facing many problems, especially the financing problem restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
