Large Enterprise Group Fund Management Research In China

Fund managers is of great importance of enterprise management, which often have different management models and procedures at different stages. Although in recent years with the rapid development of the economy in our country, our country enterprise fund management still exists many problems.The traditional extensive modes that we used to take are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the funding control is weak; availability factor of fund is low; distribution and flow direction of the funding are uncertain, so that it is inadequate to do the comprehensive financial analysis and support strategic decisions of the enterprise. In order to adapt to the development of modernization, the enterprise should adopt modern enterprise capital management way, to enhance the enterprise the service efficiency of funds for the purpose, the integrated use of investment and financing means, strengthen the capital management, optimizing the resource allocation of funds, establish reasonable capital controls mechanism, perfect and cash management system that can meet the needs of enterprise development strategy.Based on this, the paper is divided into five parts altogether: the first part of introduction, focuses on the research background and research significance of this article, simply explain the research methods and framework of the article. The second part expounds the fund management of several classical theory, analysis of the current status and the cause of the large enterprise group fund management in China. The third part describes the various pattern of capital management, capital management mode option is put forward. The fourth part with STT group as an example, deeply analyze the STT fund management department, from the beginning of its establishment to now, for the exploration and practice of enterprise capital management mode, analyzes the STT modern capital management mode adopted by the impact on its business development. In the fifth part analyzes the STT problems existing in the fund management mode, and summarizes its positive experiences, the author will improve China's large state-owned enterprise group fund management strategy, puts forward the simple general measures and countermeasures.In this paper, my study is done by means of combination of specification analysis and demonstration study, added the method of theoretical analysis and empirical study, make full use of the master of management information and data, and lodged by means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The relevant conclusions, management measures and reasonable Suggestions are put forward.
