China and Brazil are big countries on the production and consumption of agricultural commodities. Agricultural trade between the two countries is huge and growing rapidly. Two position in world agricultural trade is very important.This paper studies the bilateral trade between China and Brazil in terms of its status quo, trend, comparative advantages and mutual compensations by TCD, RCA, TCI and TSC involving 34 Chapters in seven categories of agricultural products. Drawn features of bilateral trade in agricultural products: The main characteristics of agricultural trade between China and Brazil is that China is to import large quantities from Brazil and the absolute deficit position and there is growing trend deficit. In trade combined degree(TCD) for the Brazilian agricultural market linkages Chinese loose, while the Chinese market in Brazil produce has very close contact. A high degree of specialization of agricultural trade between China and Brazil, In the other word, very high degree of vertical specialization class of agricultural trade between China and Brazil. Agricultural trade between the two countries in industrial trade, is highly complementary, has great potential of trade. In reaching bilateral structure of trade in agricultural products on the basis of this paper, the constant market share model(CMS) for sources of competitiveness of Chinese agricultural products in the Brazilian market were analyzed. China's agricultural products obtained in the Brazilian market growth is largely due to the complementary product mix. This index of previous studies and the actual results of the trade characteristics of the trade situation is consistent.Based on these we propose the following: Strengthen exchanges and cooperation to create a favorable business environment, Provide timely and accurate information on agricultural markets for early preparations, Adopt import diversification strategy, Root out the potential advantages of products and enhance value-added of products.
