With the development of the Internet and related communication information technology, people's lifestyles and habits have changed a lot. Billions of netizens establish the internet market. However, science communication agencies are far behind internet companies in this field. The vacancy in this field of science communication should be filled as soon as possible, so that the science communication can seize the opportunity and adapt to the new requirements of The Times. The popularity of smart mobile terminals makes it the best carrier in order to communicate science in the new age. For the Hubei Science Museum. which is under construction, this is a totally new area so that it is necessary to apply and extend those new thinking methods in the future teaching activities. In this paper, literature analysis, case study, Participant observation methods are applied to analyze the new media operating methods. The research results can be used to guide the future tactics of Hubei Science Museum.This paper focuses on the applications of new media marketing in Hubei Science Museum for future construction under the internet environment. Starting with the user experience, taking the Guokr Network as research objects, the research investigates the new media science communicating activities by Guokr Network and analyzes the user habits. Although the audiences have rigid demand for scientific knowledge, the value and advantages of internet are not utilized completely in the science communicating.However, as a public place with regional features, Hubei Science Museum not only have space advantage but the scope limitation. Based on those characteristics, do science popularization with the new media platforms and extension methods. They will take advantages from each other.This research analyzes the development trend of future Science Museum. Through literatures and network documents collection, and field research in internet companies,especially in the Guokr Network, the macroscopic and microscopic developing strategies of Hubei Science Museum are presented.
