China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group's Efficient Conference Organization Strategy Research

The meeting is one of the most indispensable activities in each modern enterprise today.It is also an important way for enterprises to communicate,a required course of each professional managers.Many people believe that unimportant or low efficiency meeting wastes a lot of time,influences the enterprise’s operation efficiency seriously.Today,the resources are limited and the competition is unlimited,"why we need meeting" and "how to run a good meeting" related to enterprise operation efficiency,is a worth discussing management problem.This paper set Chinese General Nuclear Power Group Co.Ltd which is a state-owned enterprise the author worked in as the research object.First,the author introduced the relationship between the meeting efficiency and business competition,described the background account of the research object,analyzed the aim and significance of the research,put forward the assumptions which are necessarily,and generalized the analysis thought and method.Then,the author researched the theory about the meeting.By comparing the successful case which is similar with the research object,the author put forward the characteristics which the effective meetings should have.Compared with these characteristics,the author analyzes the present situation of the research object from various angles such as,effectiveness,necessity,standardization and integrity,lists the less efficiency performance from the research object.Facing the shortage of these meeting management,the author analyzed the causes of these problems deeply which is combined with the current situation,and put forward the effective solutions from quantitative the meeting cost,classification the meeting strictly,clearly division of labor,curing the meeting organizational processes and other aspects to promote the meeting gradual reform,standardize the management of the meeting.At the same time,this paper also combined the hot points of the present meeting organization,put forward three kinds of practical form of efficient organization of meetings,to be used for the actual situation.Finally,this paper started from the meeting management improvement experiences,researched some view-points which are fit for the current operation and management,provided the necessary reference for enterprise management.The improvements of the meeting is a long-term and systematic work,it cannot have great changes by a simple improvement.Moreover,history shows that every change needs huge costs.Enterprises are varieties;this paper is armed at large state-owned enterprises,put forward measures and suggestions to solve the efficiency problem.In the face of the colorful meeting organization form proposed by the academic circle and the practice circle,this paper made some appropriate choice,combined with the characteristic of the research object,and do not expect to have an immediate effect on the meeting through one or two simple reform,but aims to precipitation experience,clear direction,put forward the feasible,effective ways to improve the managements of the meeting.
