State-owned enterprises are not only an important pillar of our national economy, but also an important force in building a moderately prosperous society. Large state-owned enterprises play a leading role in China's social and economic development, and an irreplaceable role in building and perfecting our socialist market economy, meeting the people's growing material and cultural needs. With the deepen economic globalization, more harsh market competition and rapid development of science and technology, advancing information technology, state-owned enterprises, especially those large state-owned enterprises, they have to face is facing enormous challenges in survival and development. So, researches on how to find out training methods for large state-owned enterprise managing have to be taken in such increasingly complex environment of change, such as to improve the management capacity of state-owned large enterprises, improve productivity, and enhance the creativity and the ability to adapt to changing internal and external environment, which can help to gain competitive advantage with a very important theoretical and practical significance. Then, we need to carry out researches on training measures for senior managing people of state-owned large enterprises in the organizational change process, which can meet the objective needs of implementing the national talents cultivation strategy, enhancing the construction of entrepreneurial talents team, as well as improving the overall competitiveness of the country.In this paper, literature, questionnaire, interview and forum law are used, then, the senior managing people of a large state-owned company in organizational change are selected to be the surveying objects, empirical analysis of their data is taken, and combination with the training of relevant theories, so, training system for senior managing people of state-owned enterprises in organizational change is put forward to.
