| With the advancement of trade liberalization,traditional tariff barriers diminishing.But the measure of Green trade barriers wins its increasing,which has gradually become the main means of trade protection.The Green trade barrier has the characteristic of the nominal rationality,the form of the concealment,the deceptive and the strategic offensive.Green trade barriers declare to protection environment.In fact,it is one mean of trade protection,which hindered the developing countries' economic development.China is the origin of tea.At the same time,China is the largest producer of tea.Tea export is an important part of China's agricultural products export.However,due to the Green trade barriers set by developed countries in recent years,making China's tea exports suffered huge losses.Therefore,it is important to analyze the positive and negative effects of Green trade barriers and how to solve the problem.To promote the healthy and rapid development of China's economy,we should try our best to fight for the Green trade barriers.In the first chapter it comes up with the contents of this paper,points out the research intent and purport,and indicates the frame,research methods etc.In the second chapter it is about the theoretical and literatures review,which include the research both in china and the foreign.In the third chapter will introduce the present situation of tea export;in the fourth chapter,on one hand,there are some Green trade barriers,which offer been used in Japan,on the other hand,those method influence the tea export;in the fifth chapter,to find out whether the new standard of the MRL of agriculture effects to the Chinese tea export,it combines data and materials,then set up the Gravity Model which is widely used in the word to carries out empirical research of the Chinese tea export to Japan.in the sixth chapter,on the bas is of the analysis above,it gets some conclusions and comes up with some suggests to fight against the green trade barriers. |
