Development Planning Of Storage Logistics Based On E-commerce In Dagang Oilfield

Oil drilling involves professional links such as exploration, drilling, well logging, mud logging, testing, downhole operation, oil and gas field surface construction. Material supply logistics mainly provides the required production materials, loading and unloading transportation, storage processing and distribution services in oil and gas exploration and mining process to provide technical and service support for oilfield production. Due to the oil industry production characteristics, the relationship in production, supply and sales is complex in the oil industry supply chain, which increases the difficulty of oil field production supplies.Based on the summary of warehousing logistics development planning and research theory at home and abroad, this article outlines the related principles of warehousing logistics and e-commerce, introduces the material storage management status of China National Petroleum Corporation, analysis the current situation of warehouse logistics and electronic commerce development of warehousing logistics, including the storage way and warehousing facilities' condition in Dagang oilfield. This paper designs comprehensively in logistics planning based on electronic commerce of Dagang oil field, including the planning and design background, planning and design ideas, function orientation, development goals and production technology and equipment planning, main facilities planning and so on. Meanwhile, it proposes logistics development planning and safeguard measures based on e-commerce in Dagang oilfield, including organization and human resources measures, environmental impact and protection measures, labor safety and health and fire control measures, energy-saving and water conservation measures and so on. Through this program, it closely integrated logistics management and electronic commerce technology, fixing, scheduling, monitoring the goods vehicles with the help of modern logistics technology, achieving smooth in almost all process of logistics, making all kinds of material to flow reasonably, economically and effectively to greatly reduce logistics cost and improve the efficiency of logistics.
