Research On Agglomeration Level Of The Yangtze River's Midstream Urban Agglomeration And Its Influence Factors

As the wave of economic globalization and information technology,service industry obtained rapid development,in the country's economic and social development plays a more and more important role,has become the main growth point of economic sustainable development.Producer services,which is the core of the modern service industry,it not only can promote the development of urban comprehensive service function,and is advantageous to the optimization of regional industrial structure,driving regional economic development.Therefore,research on the Yangtze economic belt,The productive service industry cluster development and the influence factors of the economic belt in the middle reach of Yangtze river in promoting urbanization,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry,to achieve sound and rapid regional economic development is of great theoretical significance and realistic significance.Give priority to with statistical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper research content mainly has three aspects: one is the Yangtze river economic belt of producer services development present situation has carried on the descriptive analysis;The second is the location and space gini coefficient from the overall level quantity and subdivision industry and cities as three levels to the Yangtze river economic belt of producer services agglomeration level measure analysis;3 it is to explore the factors affecting the development of the cluster,constructs the theoretical model of economic belt of producer services agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river,the Yangtze river economic belt 35 l7 cities as the research object,use Eviews 6.0 panel data model is analyzed,and on this basis for the development of the economic belt of producer services agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river related Suggestions are put forward.The study found that the Yangtze river economic belt of producer services agglomeration development overall level is low,the present characteristics of cluster segmentation industry.Have Labour intensity factors which influence the agglomeration of producer services,knowledge intensity and capital intensity,government regulation level,level of opening to the outside world,the informationization level,and the ability to local demand.For productive service industry as a whole,the level of government control,local demand ability has a negative significant influence on agglomeration of producer services,the informationization level of producer services agglomeration effect has a dual nature,there is a significant impact on other factors on the agglomeration of producer services.For each industry segment,the influence of various factors affecting the effect of industry heterogeneity,which appear differentiation,some factors are not significant.According to the research conclusion,to promote the development of the economic belt of producer services agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze river,put forward the following Suggestions: first,according to different level of city,promote the development of producer services industry segment differentiation;second,it is to increase investment in human capital and capital;Third,create a good institutional environment;finally,strengthen the construction ofinformatization.
