The network media has become an important discourse media, which constructs tourist destination image. On one hand, Tourism official micro-blog cannot be ignored in the construction of the image of tourist destinations. On one other hand, after the tour a large part of the tourists will write a complete travel notes, and more and more tourists before traveling also like to focus on some of the tourism Forum, travelling Guide and other information, even in the tourism process are also constantly concerned about the comments of other visitors as their journey decisions. Therefore, it is very meaningful to compare the stakeholders such as destinations governments or businesses with other tourist discourse from the network or media, to see both similarities and differences between the discourse systems.This paper selects Henan Province Tourism Bureau issued 326 micro-Blogs about Luoyang and 72 travel blogs about Luoyang image which from ant cellular travel, the Lotto network, where is the net and the other six professional travel sites as the study to explore the Luoyang tourism image of the following: Explore the features and differences in the time of discourse, type of discourse, form of discourse, subject, content of discourse; Explore how to construct Luoyang tourist image and try to study the intent and meaning of words; Both the interactive words features.Through the above steps we found that Henan Province Tourism Bureau official microblog are publicizing tourism discourse and policy tourism discourse, and tourists' are the perception tourism discourse and experiential tourism discourse. Compared with the Henan provincial government microblog, the tourists' are more real. Compared with the tourists' more independent discourse, the discourse of Henan Province Tourism Bureau is a cultural reproduction, playing three roles: Construction of tourist image recognition: Ideology "form"; Construction of Experience Discourse: Ideology "normalization"; Construction of collective consciousness: Ideology "socialization." There are some conflicts between Henan Province Tourism Bureau official microblog and tourists discourse. In the interaction, we also see Henan Province Tourism Bureau official microblog responded to tourists discourse,and balanced and corrected its propaganda discourse.
