The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy,the accelerating of economic globalization and information technology change rapidly,knowledge is the core resource which can help the bussiness to survive and develop,so the importance of knowledge worker who being enterprise knowledge carrier should not be overlooked.At the same time,the domestic and foreign enterprises are facing increasing competition,the challenge has never been interrupted,knowledge workers as the core competitiveness of enterprises,more than the general staff facing greater work pressure.Such as competitive salaries and benefits is not strong,the development space is limited,role ambiguity,enterprise system is not perfect,and work-life conflict,which could become the knowledge staff turnover decision factors.Therefore,propose a strategy for talent management of knowledge workers for enterprises to retain talent and reduce turnover rates of knowledge workers to a reasonable range is highly concerned about the domestic and foreign scholars research.Decent work is the embodiment of the "people-oriented" concept,it aims to protect the laborers work dignity and decency.Since the concept of self face labor put forward,it has been highly concerned by all governments and international organizations,and conducted a series of research,making the concept of decent work more specific.From Perspective of decent work,this paper studies the relationship between its and knowledge type employee turnover intention,not only for antecedent variables of turnover intention provides a new way of thinking,but also for the realization of enterprise knowledge type staff of decent work and retain qualified personnel to provide the reference.Firstly,the paper collect the decent work of knowledge employee,and turnover intention of the relevant theory and existing literature,including decent work connotation,measurement,the path,the definition and characteristics of knowledge workers,definition of turnover intention and influencing factors.On the basis of literature review,the influence factors of knowledge workers decent work in-depth analysis,construction of knowledge workers decent construct model of perceived labor.And then a detailed analysis of influence of decent work of knowledge workers turnover mechanism,and put forward the hypothesis of this study.For decent work to empirical research of turnover intention of the knowledge-type employees,mainly using the sample analysis,item analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to test and verify the hypothesis scale.Finally,this paper summarizes the empirical results,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward the innovation points and deficiencies of this paper.
