Analysis On Tourism Poverty Alleviation Status And Development Strategy In Wufeng Country,Hubei Province

Although China is the largest developing country in the world,it still has a large number of poor people.By the end of 2017,the poverty situation facing China was still quite severe,with the number of poor people in rural areas alone reaching 30.46 million.Because of this,the party and the country will put a lot of energy and attention to the issue of poverty,began to pay special attention to poverty alleviation work.Wufeng county,located at the border of xiang-e in southwest hubei province,is an extremely poor area in the wuling mountains.Due to its deep poverty level and high incidence of poverty,wufeng county has always been a key poverty alleviation and development county in hubei province.Up to the end of 2017,wufeng county still had 29,000 rural poor people,with a poverty rate of 14.8%.Poverty is a major problem troubling the further development of wufeng county.However,from the perspective of tourism resources,both from the perspective of humanistic tourism resources,and from the perspective of natural ecological resources,wufeng county is a place with rich tourism resources.It can be seen that for wufeng county,a key and good policy can be used in the process of poverty alleviation and development: relying on the rich tourism resources to seek development,reasonably transform the resource advantages into economic advantages,and explore the tourism poverty alleviation methods with endogenous potential.The content of this paper firstly discusses the important literature and relevant theoretical basis of tourism poverty alleviation at home and abroad,and then takes wufeng county as the specific research object,analyzes the current economic development situation and poverty situation of wufeng county,and summarizes the advantages,modes and corresponding effects of tourism poverty alleviation in wufeng county.Then it puts forward the existing problems of poverty alleviation through tourism in wufeng county: the government's poverty alleviation targets are biased,the funds invested in development are insufficient,the supporting facilities of tourism are not perfect,the poverty alleviation program of tourism is not in place,the characteristics of tourism products are not prominent,and the local poor households are backward in thinking.Then,taking liziping village,a relatively successful tourism poverty alleviation village in wufeng county,as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the poverty alleviation effect of tourism in liziping village through the residents' satisfaction survey,and finds out the main factors affecting the poverty alleviation effect of tourism in liziping village.Finally,aiming at the problems WuFeng County tourism poverty alleviation is pointed out that the development of targeted strategy: to increase the government guiding,encouraging "foreign investment" and perfect facilities,to ensure the sustainable development of tourism,developing characteristic tourism,changing the concept of poverty,if only to provide certain help WuFeng County tourism poverty alleviation,promoting its make greater progress,help build the implementation a comprehensive well-off society goal.
