The Research On The Influencing Factors For Social Insurance Enrollment Of The Inflow Of Population In Jiangxi Province

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the migration of population has become increasingly active.Most of the floating population have a strong desire to integrating into the city life,and the stability of residence in the inflow area has increased.Driven by the flow of population,management and service about the floating has become the key areas to deepen the reform plan during the period of"13th Five-Year" in China.In a word,improving the level of equalization and making social treatment of the floating population better have a very important significance to our country.As one of the six central provinces,Jiangxi has been doing well in traffic and regional economies,and its atrraction to the inflow of people has been enhanced.Data shows that the whole number of floating population of Jiangxi Province in 2014 is 8 million,including 1.04 million of the influx,and the proportion of people flowing in the province has become higher.Each coin has two sides.On one hand,the actvieness of the floating population simulates local economy;on the other hand,sudden increasing in urban population bring many problems on social security,such as employment,medical treatment,pension for the aged.In fact,the participation rate of social insurance in Jiangxi is lower than the nation level,and do not take measures in time can only make the problem worse.So researching on the social insurance enrollment of the floating population is very important for the management about the flowing people.Research ideas in this paper:fistly,finding literture documents to pave the way for the post;secondly,using dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in Jiangxi to do descriptive analysis;thirdly,establishing model to analysis the influencing factors;lastly,drawing the conclusion and putting forward the policy suggestion.Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are core parts of this text,and the main conclusion are as follows:first,young adults is the main group of the influx,and most of them in the state of marriage,but age and marital status have no significant influence on the influx;second,male education level is higher than female,and most of them get the secondary education,and education is a key influencing factor;third,most of the influx have been fasten on the occupation type with characteristics of low technology,easy substitution and labour intensive,and the occupation type has a clear link with the social insurance enrollment of the influx;fourth,comparing with male,female is weaker on employment and salary in the process of flowing,and education,occupation type,industry type,work place and monthly income is sensitive to female,besides,occupation type,unit property and the range of flowing is sensitive to male.In view of the conclusion above,several policy suggestions have been putting forward in this text:firstly,the female influx should be paying more attention and gender discrimination must be eliminating;secondly,combinating the management of supply and demand to improve the social insurance enrollment of the influx;thirdly,building network platform for scientific management of the influx;lastly,unified the social insurance system and getting rid of the plight of "fragmentation".
