Study On The Development Of Regional Ecological Urbanization And Its Promotion Strategy

With the development oftraditional urbanization,there is great social and economic progress,but meanwhile there aremore and more deep-seated contradictions.When urbanization becomes the main engine of economic development and associates with various fields of national economyat a deeper level,these contradictions will become new challenges of promoting urbanizationunderthe new normal.It will help us to use qualit ative and quantitative methods to further researchthe current status of the development of regional ecourbanization and find theproblems by clearing ecological urbanization connotation and establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of ecological urbanization development.All of these can help us better solve the contradiction of urbanization development under the new normal and find the path of sustainable urbanization development.The article chooses three provinces in eastern,middle and western districts to evaluate,study and measure the ecological development of urbanization.First,we use improved entropy method to measure the level of ecological urbanization development of each prefecture-level city in the three provinces.On this basis,establishing coupling coordination degree model to analyze the ecological urbanization coupled coordination of each prefecture-level city which is in the construction.Then,we can build a model to measure the overall coordination of the regional ecological urbanization development from two aspects.On one hand,based on urban information distance theory and combine the obtained composite score in each prefecture-level city and the coupling coordination degree coefficient,we can establish urban development quality measurement model and estimate the information distance between each selected prefecture-level city and the central city,reflecting the balance of the urban system construction and reasonability.On the other hand,we can analyze the gap of the regional ecological urbanization development to evaluate differences of regional ecological urbanization development and measure the coordination of regional ecological urban development.From the comprehensive evaluation and analysis results,it can be learned that the level of ecological urbanization development of the eastern region is the highest,but coupled coordination of ecological urbanization construction is weaker than the central region.The information distance from central city to the peripheral area in central region is the smallest,but the one of eastern region is largest.As for absolute and relative gap,comprehensive development level of ecological urbanization in the western region change biggest,but the eastern region change smallest.Through comparing the difference measurement results of regional ecological urbanization development in the three regions,it can be found that comprehensive development level of ecological urbanization between absolute and relative gap in Shandong Province changes smallest;Guangxi Province changes biggest;Jiangxi middle.From the above description,we can see the overall ecological urbanization level and pace of development in the eastern region,in this decade,basically keep consistent.While the overall ecological urbanization level and pace of development in the western region change.In conclusion,the level of ecological urbanization development in eastern regi on is higher;the coordination between each city and the overall ecological urbanization development in the regions is better;but the coupled coordination of development,sus tainable and balanced degree in ecological urbanization construction is weak;the overa 11 layout of the regional ecological urbanization system construction in eastern region is still lacking;the central city do not fully play its role in radiation yet.Compared differentiated measurement results of the regional ecological urbanization development,it is found,comprehensive development level of ecological urbanization between absolute and relative gap in Shandong Province changes smallest,which indicates that the coordination of urbanization development within the region and each city in the region is b etter;the level of ecological urbanization development in the central region is just Ok.People in central region pay attention to the coupled coordination of development,sustainable and balanced degree in ecological urbanization construction;the overall layout of the regional ecological urbanization system construction in central region is more reasonable;the coordination between each city and the overall ecological urbanization development in the region is worse and measures need to be taken to promote the overall coordination.The level of ecological urbanization development in the western region is lowest;the coupled coordination of development,sustainable and balanced degree in ecological urbanization construction is weakest,the coordination of ecological urbanizat ion development between each city and the overall region is not high.Meanwhile,there is a gap among the pace of development.It should be put forward relevant promotion strategies to advance regional development according to its regional development char acteristics.
