Research On The Development Countermeasures Of The Convention And Exhibition Industry In Dalian

With the development of the economy in China,the exhibition industry is growing rapidly.The effect of growth driven by the exhibition industry is more and more obviously,which is also called as “green industry”.The policy regarding with <The information of working with investigation and standardization of exhibition industry in festival> has been issued since “Xi Li policy”,the clearance work about exhibition and conference sponsored by the governments has been implemented according to the policy <The information of clearance work with exhibition conducted by the government and institution> issued by the lead team from the conference about clearance and standardization in 2014.<The policy about the further development and reform of the exhibition industry> has been issued by state department in April 19 th,2015.Regarding of the policies about exhibition industry issued by the government,the exhibition industry is going to develop further commit by the government,which is also represent the general and further reform of the exhibition industry.The institution of the exhibition industry is not developed well so far,some problems are not solved such as low marketization,undeveloped supplementary services system,low international competitiveness and low working efficiency of local government,etc.It is meaningful to develop the exhibition industry based on the theory of new public management in Dalian.The work follows the development of the exhibition industry,and is focused on the development theory of exhibition industry in Dalian based on <The policy of development of exhibition industry by the state department>,in consideration of the theory of new public management and the institution in the exhibition industry,as well as the experiences all of the world.The major work focus on the development of the exhibition industry in Dalian including the history,current situation and future,expecting to provide the different idea in the research on the development of the exhibition industry,which is also useful to complete the whole system of the development on exhibition industry,which also provide the guidelines for the exhibition industry,thus the research work is meaningful in theory and reality.The work has been divided into five parts as follow:The first part is the introduction.It includes the background and significance of the work,as well as the research work,analysis method,innovations and defects,etc.The second part is review work about the development of the exhibition industry.On the one hand,It includes the introduction on the basic concept and theory of exhibition industry based on the related references,which is used as the theoretical principle in the following work.The third part is the research on the development of exhibition industry in Dalian.First of all,the history and policy of development of exhibition industry are listed and arranged,Secondly,the analysis regarding with the development of exhibition industry in Dalian has been implemented based on 3 topics: the development of exhibition industry in Dalian,the development of brand exhibition,the development of Chinese Software Business Conference.Finally,analyze the development of exhibition industry in Dalian according to the analysis of KPI method.The fourth part is the analysis of the further development and challenge of exhibition industry in Dalian based on the method of SWOT.Some discussion of exhibition industry in Dalian are implement according to the limitation of policy in official exhibition,the defects of exhibition,etc.The fifth part is discussion and pointed comments of further development and policy adjustment in relation of exhibition industry in Dalian.
