| Land is the material basis for human survival,and the use of land is closely related to the development of human beings.Especially for such a wide area of agricultural land,Shou County,the rational use of land plays an important role in economic development.In the process of economic development,land use problems gradually become apparent,the increase of population and the development of urbanization lead to the increase of land demand,The situation which agricultural land convert unagricultural land is worse and worse.The cultivated area of Shou County is less and less.Construction land increases gradually The contradiction between economic development and protection of agricultural land has become increasingly prominent.So in the restriction of limited land,improving the utilization of land,coordinating economic and ecological benefits,insisting the road of sustainable development of land,are the main way to promote the better use of land resource.This paper studies the implementation of the Pi River economic belt development planning potentially impacts sustainable use of land resources of Shou County.The traditional land use pattern in Shouxian County has been unable to meet the development needs of the new era.and many problems arise in the land using process.This paper explores the problems and seeks solutions.The implementation of the Pi River economic belt development plan for solving the problem of land use Shou County provides an example.It analysis the impact of the land use within the area of Pi River.Land use planning can take advantage of the entire Shou County land use reference for comparative analysis of land use planning in the region after contrasting Shou County land use,and explore Shou County’ s rational and irrational way to use land for future sustainable land use Shou County serving as a reference,and provide a thought for other county land use.Through the field survey of Shouxian County obtaining current situation of Shou County land use,by the survey data of Shou County land resources in the past,quantitative analysis and literature data methods,it shows that Shou County land use is divided into three large type:agricultural land,construction land and other land,of which 79.65%of the total area of agricultural land.While arable land,which accounts for 83.78%of the total area of agricultural land,is the major part of agricultural land.and 20.35%of construction land and other land.Factors affecting land use Shou County are characteristic of the economy,changes in land use planning,agricultural manpower structure,crop structure and others together formed Shou County land use.The problems of Shou County land use are the contradiction of supply and demand having become increasingly prominent,low efficiency of land use,irrational agricultural structure,no enough protection measures,land use management system irregular,and it clearly analyzes the reasons.Through the method of entropy of the Shou county regional sustainable land use degree were analyzed,analysis results show the degree of sustainable land use was 0.79,is on the basic development level,and Economic Zone Planning Pihe River Economic Belt four villages and towns within the regional sustainable land use rate increased,rose 0.08 points,to enter the stage of sustainable use.Thus,Pi River Economic Zone development planning of Shou county land use has a positive impact.The main advantages of Pi River planning and development of economy are new adjustment of industry,promoting safety in production,improve the ecological environment,creating landscape to develop new roads.Through the analysis of merits of Pi River economic development planning,and proposing the influences which mainly include promoting efficient use of land resources and sustainable use of Shou County and providing solutions.This paper offers outstanding recommendations in Shou County land use:(1)Control the outflow of population;(2)Unified planning resources;(3)Development and protection in hand;(4)To extend agricultural industrial chain. |
