Study On Optimization Of Land Use Structure In Wuxue Downtown

Wuxue is located in the north shore of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, known as the "the eastern portal, seven provinces thoroughfare".It’s an important point of growth and development pole in the Yangtze River economic belt and urban agglomeration strategy in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River City. Along with the country vigorously promoting the construction of a reasonable layout and intensive land conservation, the opening and developing in the new round of the Yangtze River Economic Zone, in the middle reaches of Yangtze River the construction of urban agglomeration and other good opportunities, Wuxue has broad prospects for development in the future, facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Faced with the problem of central city construction land supply and demand contradiction, how to through the optimization allocation of the internal urban land use structure to promote the main functions of the city, land use utility and harmonious development of the regional economic environment is the major task in Wuxue municipal government. Because Wuxue downtown is as an important economic growth point in Wuxue, this paper studies the optimization of urban land use structure in Wuxue downtown, which is of great significance to improve the level ofland use in Wuxue and to promote sustainable development.In this paper, Wuxue, which is located at the eastern end of the Yangtze River Economic Zone in Hubei, is the focus point of study. Based on the urban location, urban nature and development prospect, this paper researches the problem of optimization of land use structure in Wuxue downtown,not only can propose targeted Wuxue downtown future direction of land use structure optimization, but also actively promote Wuxue in urban construction to the outside world, create a modern port city and promote the Yangtze River economic belt and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River city group construction experience and practice, so as to provide some reference and reference for other small and medium sized cities of land use structure optimization in the context of the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.This paper uses empirical research and normative research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, narrative description and diagrams of combining research methods.Quantitative analysis is mainly reflected in the construction of land use structure evaluation index system of Wuxue downtown, which is from three aspectsof structure of rational, intensive economy, ecological protection to construct evaluation index system of land use structure in Wuxue downtown.This thesis is from the following six sections to describe:The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the research and concludes the development of the optimization of urban land use structure at home and abroad. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, which mainly introduces the related concepts and theories of urban land use structure optimization.The third chapter is the analysis of land use structure in Wuxue downtown, which mainly introduces the social and economic situation and advantages of Wuxue, and analyzes the current situation and characteristics of land use spatial structure and quantity structure.The fourth chapter is the evaluation of land use structure in Wuxue downtown, and the construction of evaluation index system, then proposes the problems of land use structure in downtown problems based on the evaluation results. The fifth chapter is the optimization of the path, proposing land use structure optimization path in Wuxue downtown from three aspects of structure of rational, intensive economy, ecological protection.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and discussion, summarizing the main conclusions of this paper and the possible innovation points and puting forward the follow-up of the mining space.The study finds that the comprehensive score of land use structure optimization in Wuxue downtown is 72.83, which is in the 70-80 stage.The optimization of urban land use structure is good, and the structural layout is reasonable, but it still needs to be optimized, in which the structural rationality, intensive conservation, ecological protection of the optimization of scores reaches74.80、 64.24、 68.87,existing the problems as follows:urban land use structure is not reasonable, the city center city is not fully utilized; land input-output economic benefit is low, intensive level needs to be improved; Ecological protection is poor, which is not conducive to long-term sustainable development and so on.Finally, this paper puts forward the optimization of land use structure in Wuxue downtown from three aspects of structural rationality, intensive conservation and ecological protection:Adjusting the structure of urban land use, optimizing the layout of land use;Actively carrying out the downtown land consolidation, and making an inventory of idle land;Increasing capital investment in urban construction, and actively attracting investment;Adjust the second and third industries industrial structure, changing the mode of economic development; developing harbor economy, doing well relying on the harbor to develop city;Based on the city pattern "a mountain lake a river port city," creating an ecological landscape pattern;Focusing on promoting green development, strictiy implementing the system of ecological civilization.
