For historical reasons, there are two different kinds of endowment insurance systems between governments and enterprises at present in China. That is the controversial dual-track approach. Of which the multi-level endowment insurance system for urban workers has basically taken shape in the market-oriented economy after many years of development. Nevertheless, the traditional insurance systems still have been used in governments & institutions, which is financed by nation. The different endowment insurance systems lead to a big gap on old-age pension and social contradictions between these twos. Therefore, it's necessary to reform the dual-track endowment insurance system.This article researches and analyses the reformation of dual-track endowment insurance system between governments and enterprises of Liuzhou. By this way, find out the problems and difficulties in reformation, and come up with the aim and routes, principles and proposals of reformation of dual-track endowment insurance system between governments & institutions and enterprises in Liuzhou.Five parts of this article:The first part consists of introduction, research background, significance, literature review, related concept and theoretical basis.
