Reform Of The Dual-track System Of Pension Insurance Companies And Government Organizations And Institutions

Endowment insurance is the most important part of social insurance system，It hasbeen highly valued in various countries. But in our country， endowment insurancesystem for enterprise employees have a match with the Chinese conditions of thesystem， but the endowment insurance system of the government and institutions stillmaintain the original state security mode， it became difference of the “dual track”phenomenon. Method of writing this paper uses a comparative analysis， literatureanalysis method to research the China’s current pension system and its reform，basedon the current situation and problems of analysis， combined with the domestic reformprocess， according to foreign experience， in view of the direction and the goal of thereform， I put forward specific measures on the reform process. We hope that therelevant decision makers can have a certain reference value on the endowmentinsurance system reform by reading this research.
