The Research Of Chamber Of Commerce Organizations To Participate In The Social Governance In China

This paper uses symbiosis theory as a perspective to studythe issue of the participation of chambers of commerce in social governance fromtheoryandpractice. In theory, the participation of social groups like chamber of commerce has sometheories,such as "The Third Way", "New Public Management Theory", "Good Governance" etc. Based on it, the paperanalyzes thesymbiotic relationshipamong government, enterprises and chamber of commerce in detail. In practice,the paper designs investigation questionnaires of the participation of the chambers of commerceand consolidates, analyzes theresults. Based onsymbiosis, it summarizes the the achievements and the approaches of Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce from seven aspects such as coordinating social relations, regulating social behaviors, solving social problems, resolving social contradictions, promotingsocial equity,dealing with social risks, maintaining social stability,and the problems Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce has to face when it participates in social governance in three ways:the problems of understanding,capacity and protection.At last,the paper illustrates the Improvementpath of chamber of commerce's participation in social governance by three aspects:tamping the foundation, improving the circumstances and upgrade the level of chamber of commerce's participation.
