The Measurement And Space Difference Analysis Of Economic Growth Quality In Provinces

As the economy entering into a new development stage,the pursuit of GDP of traditional view of economic growth highlights the shortcomings,imbalance of industrial structure and the environmental pollution problems seriously restrict the healthy development of the economy.The pressing economic makes speeding up the transformation of economic growth pattern and improving the quality of economic growth quickly become the primary task of national development.With the economy entering a new normal status and the economic system reform entering the critical period,the research of economic growth quality not only helps to improve and develop the economic growth theory,but also benefits the transformation of the mode of economic development and sound economic development.In order to response to the needs of the practice,this paper makes some beneficial exploration.Compared with the previous research,this article has certain breakthrough in the understanding of the connotation and the research angle of view.On the understanding of the connotation,the author integrates the welfare level in the inherent law and nature of economic growth.On the research angle of view,this paper not only analyses the differences of eastern,central and western,but also decompose these differences.Of course,this paper is merely exploratory research,looking forward to help the related research.First of all,this paper redefines the connotation of the quality of economic growth,thinks economic growth quality contain the effectiveness,coordination,stability,sustainability and welfare in the process of economic growth in the national economy.And build the evaluation index system.Second,use the entropy value method to evaluate the provincial economic growth quality,rank the provincial economic growth quality,study the ranking and the dynamic changes of the ranking,and use the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate provincial economic growth quality score.Again,study the total space difference temporal change and economic growth quality score of the three belts,the changes of differences,and analyze the composition of space differences.Composition analysis of the difference of space uses the sum of squared residuals decomposition model,decompose the economic growth quality and five dimensions differences into within zone(eastern,central and western combined)and zone between two parts.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The empirical results show that there are obviously differences among regions on the level of economic growth quality and the point of difference contribution share.Although the integral space difference is narrowing,the regional disparity is more significant.In order to control the quality of economic growth,general economic should cooperate through the regional economic,coordinate interregional relationship between spatial differences.Eastern regional scores the highest and eastern regional economic growth is the main part of regional differences,sustainability and stability are not very ideal,the eastern region should steadily push forward economic growth,carefully adjust the population policy and the macroeconomic regulation and control.The score of central regions is low,effectiveness,coordination and welfare score are not high,the central region should improve output efficiency of resources,adjust foreign trade strategy and improve the level of residents' consumption.The score of western region is low,effectiveness,coordination,sustainability and welfare scores are lower,western region should improve the labor productivity,adjust foreign trade strategy,promote the upgrading of industrial structure and improve the level of residents' consumption.
