Under the call of the "Mass entrepreneurship and the innovation of the masses",our countryundefineds entrepreneurial economy has been developed rapidly.Innovation and start-up has become a new engine of economic development in the new normal state of China, and has an important influence on the promotion of international competitiveness.Since the research of the domestic geographerundefineds study on entrepreneurship has just begun,it is in a start-up stage,so it is of great significance to study the spatial distribution pattern and the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial activities in our country. In this paper, the data from 2006 to 2017 are selected as the research scope of 31 provinces and cities and three regions, and the spatial and temporal evolution of Chinese entrepreneurial activities and the influencing factors are analyzed by using the SPSS hierarchical clustering, the coefficient of variation, the Terre index and the space self-correlation and the spatial panel regression.First, the whole development trend of the start-up activity of 31 provinces and cities from 2006 to 2017 is classified by using SPSS.The first category includes the high level of entrepreneurship and development, the most active start-up activities, and the relatively good start-up conditions, including two provinces and cities in Shanghai and Beijing. The second category includes the provinces of Chongqing, the Pearl River Delta, the Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces of the Yangtze River Delta, the Tianjin and the eastern coastal areas of Tianjin and the Fujian Province. The level of entrepreneurship development in the third and third cities is relatively low,and the development of entrepreneurial activities is less active.Secondly, the paper uses the Theil Index to measure the spatial difference and the source of Chinaundefineds entrepreneurial activity in the three major regions of the East and West,as well as the provinces and cities in the region. The results show that the difference of entrepreneurial activity is mainly from the internal difference of the three major regions of the east and the west, and the gap of the entrepreneurial activity within the three major regions is shrinking continuously, and the difference value and the contribution rate in the east are the largest, the internal difference value and the contribution rate of the central region are the lowest. Then, using the space self-correlation method, the Moran's I is used to measure the start-up level of the entrepreneurial activity of Chinaundefineds provinces from the perspective of spatial correlation. The results show that the spatial correlation of the entrepreneurial activities in the provinces and cities of China is continuously enhanced with the time, and has the characteristics of agglomeration, mainly in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin area. Finally, the influence factors of the regional difference of the entrepreneurial activity were analyzed by using the method of Space lag model. The results show that the level of economic development in the region, the development of the third industry, the technical resources and the opening to the outside world are the important factors that affect the space difference of the entrepreneurial activities in the provinces of China.
