Study Of Approach Of New Professional Farmer Education In Agriculture Modernization Process In China

The development of agriculture modernization process is one of the important premises of providing a safe food supply.But young and high-quality agricultural labor force which is necessary to modern agriculture has been at the edge of scarcity in our country.According to the requirements of the central document No.1 each annually,a high-quality new professional farmers team which can use modern agricultural science correctly and know how to manage has very profound significance to consolidate the fundamental position of our country's agriculture and promote the development of modern agriculture.Based on the background of agriculture modernization process,this paper focuses on the cultivation of new professional farmers,use statistics from statistical yearbook and field survey data to deeply research the present cultivation situation and path of existing new professional farmers,and then find out the current existing problems in the process of the selection in the path of cultivating new professional farmers,and draw relevant policy recommendations,which is beneficial to our country can target to cultivating more and better new professional farmers.The main conclusions in this paper are as follows:Firstly,although from the point of the census register population in our country,the number of agricultural labor force is comparative large.But it should be noticed that China is given priority to petty-farmer management since the ancient times.Petty-farmer management not only wastes time and energy but also has inefficiency on production,it is difficult to adapt to rapidly developing trend of agricultural mechanization.And that,the aging degree of surplus rural labor force is severe,young agricultural labor force is extremely scarce.Furthermore,the degree of education of the existing agricultural labor force which didn't accept systematic agricultural professional education and training is generally lower.The existing agricultural professionals are difficult to adapt to the need of developing modern agriculture in our country.Secondly,this paper theoretically analyzes and compares the influence of the possibility of participating the cultivation of the new professional large farmers affected by the learning ability and age of professional farmers,returned peasant laborers,graduates from rural junior,high schools and colleges.The study found that the stronger the learning ability,the smaller the age and the smaller the risk of human capital investment,the more people tends to invest in human capital.Currently,we can take professional large farmers and returned peasant laborers as the main cultivating objects of new professional farmers,use the market principles of the economics,improve the agricultural production incomes,attract more rural high school graduates and college graduates to take part in the team of new professional farmers.Thirdly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the new professional farmers'cultivation work in Shouxian County of Anhui Province,and probes into the innovations of the path selection.And it combines the actual condition in our country and use foreign advanced experiences to explore a special way to cultivate new professional farmers from the government level,our own cultivation mechanism and the aspect of external environment for our country.
