Research On The Financial Support Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of New Urbanization In The Western Region

New urbanization adhere to the people-oriented,based on principle of take all factors into consideration,urban and rural overall planning,Production city interaction.The core of the new urbanization is to focus on the interests of the farmers,realize equalization of urban and rural basic public services,achieve the integration of urban and rural development,ultimately achieve common prosperity of urban and rural residents.Compared with the new urbanization,the traditional urbanization emphasizes the scale of urbanization,while the new urbanization focus more on improving the quality of urbanization construction.Since the founding of new China,the construction of urbanization has made great achievements.The resident population urbanization rate from 10.6% in 1949,rising to 54.77% by the end of 2014.Urbanization is a process of natural history,it is necessary to seize the key to drive the overall situation.Especially in 2014,countries issued a “national new urbanization planning(2014-2020)”,as a programmatic document of the construction of the new urbanization,fully shows the determination of develop new urbanization.In addition,China’s economic growth rate slowed down from 10% in the early twenty-first Century fell to 7.4% in 2014,China’s economy has entered the normal development.The implementation of the new urbanization strategy is conducive to expanding the domestic market demand,promoting the development of rural economy,is the most effective support point of China’s economic growth.The construction of urbanization can not be separated from the support of funds,the intensity and direction of financial support will directly affect the efficiency of the new urbanization construction.Therefore,this article through the literature material method,the combination of theory and empirical methods for the study of financial support of the new urbanization construction.Firstly,the "national new urbanization planning(2014-2020),as a programmatic document,analyzes the connotation of new urbanization and Clear the goal and direction of the new urbanization construction.Secondly,to understand the role of finance in the process of urbanization and some problems that exist in the process of supporting the construction of Urbanization.Then,the evaluation index system of financial support for new urbanization is constructed,and the BCC model and super efficiency model of DEA are used to evaluate the efficiency of the new urbanization construction in the western region.And by super efficiency values as the dependent variable,select bank loan ratio,stock market capitalization,the insurance density three indicators as explanatory variables,on behalf of the indirect financing market,direct financing market and insurance market,using Tobit regression model to carry on the regression analysis.The key factors that affect the efficiency of the new urbanization of financial support are obtained.At last,it summarizes the previous research and draws some valuable conclusions,which has certain guiding significance for the construction of the new urbanization in the future.
