Urbanization, the major task of the most important development in china has entered a period of rapid development with entering 21st century.Urbanization has affected by many factors, but in all, those can attribute two: direct and indirect factors. The direct factors are social and economic factors, the other are institutional factor. It influences urbanization via social and economic factors. Meanwhile, the development of urbanization not only focuses on the growth of quantum but also reflects on the improving of quality. In general, the improving of quality hasn't matched the growth of quantum in Chinese urbanization at present. Most regions show that quantum has exceeded quality. Inner Mongolia a large province in west area reflects that the quantum of urbanization improvement is far higher than the growth of quality as a typical example. Just because of above mentioned, this article has made a further research on Inner Mongolia's Urbanization.After summarized former research and analyses about urbanization of Inner Mongolia, this article takes advantage of regression analysis on every main economic and social indicators and urbanization in Inner Mongolia region with EVIEWS. Then takes the correlation between the index and the urbanization rate and uses EVIEWS to analyze each index through factorial analysis. Finally grasps the key and principal factors:economic development and resource distribution status.Considering current situation development of economic society and urbanization in Inner Mongolia base on result analyzing, propose some suggestion to improve and ameliorate the quality of Inner Mongolia's urbanization such as follows:accelerating region economic development, optimizing the industrial structure, increasing oriented economy and improving resource utilization.
