In recent years,with the reform of the financial system and financial innovation,financial business get rapid development,constantly enrich the financial product market,the increased participation of the body,all of the banks have accelerated the pace of personal financial business innovation,a variety of financial products can meet the investment needs of investors,the social idle funds began from savings deposits gradually transferred to the purchase of financial products,for customers to launch more high-quality financial products become an important part of the social investment and city commercial service,city commercial banking industry provided the requirements of operation and management is more and more normative.Especially in recent years,with the continued high inflation,the central bank continued to reduce real interest rates on deposits,interest rates are also gradually get rid of the intervention of the government and under the rapid rise of the Internet financial impact,commercial banks start to turn their attention to the development of intermediate banking business,personal development and financial services.Facing the fierce competition in the financial services market,Banking industry,especially small and medium-sized commercial banks should be based on their own financial business development needs,and then combined with the financial business of the market competition situation to take the corresponding strategy,The design of financial products to adopt a personalized and differentiated strategy,determining the expected rate of return of financial products according to the market operation and development,to make financial services faster and better development,in order to seek a place in the market competition to obtain a seat.I deeply research and study the theoretical basis of financial business,with the commercial bank management theory,financial innovation theory,financial management business theory and the theory of Internet innovation.After in-depth study of theoretical knowledge,I combine with the theoretical knowledge and practical operation,and point out thefactors that affect the development of personal financial services in Guiyang bank.In this paper,first of all,the Bank of Guiyang and its financial products to do a simple introduction,and then use the PEST analysis method to analyze the macroeconomic environment of Guiyang bank financial services,respectively from four different angles to illustrate the macro factors that affecting the development of bank financing business in Guiyang,and then through the SWOT qualitative analysis methods,respectively from the Bank of Guiyang's financing business of their own strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats to elaborate on its micro environment,finally,the influence factors of the expected return rate of financial products in Guiyang were analyzed by multiple regression models,empirical research conclusions show that,the Shibor,the volatility of the stock market and the duration of the financial product are positively related with the expected rate of return financial products,and at the same time capital preservation and fixed income financial products expected return rate is low,on the basis of this empirical analysis,it is concluded that the Bank of Guiyang should consider these factors in order to design the financial products with different expected returns,continuously to meet customer demand for personalized and differentiated,so that the development of bank financing business in Guiyang better.In this paper,the theory of product marketing in the use of the marketing strategy of bank financing business,the development of commercial bank financing business has a certain reference significance,and gives the Guiyang bank should take concrete measures in the financing business development,the long tail theory and blue ocean strategy combined with financial business innovation,given the future of the transformation of the banking industry in Guiyang and strive to open up the blue ocean market,on the one hand to the Internet financial challenges,on the other hand also want to see the development of Internet banking advantage,marketing strategy,learning the marketing strategy of Internet banking,win in the competition and actively serve the economy in Guizhou province.
