With the rapid development of information technology,Internet e-commerce companies have rapidly developed.The proportion of the e-commerce companies in the market has been increasing year by year,and more and more companies are involved in the e-commerce industry.For e-commerce companies,mode,technology and marketing are the core supporting forces for their development,and these require smart talents to provide high levels of support.Therefore,Internet e-commerce companies should focus on strengthening human resources management.However,due to the limited experience of e-commerce company's talent resource management,and as the information industry continues to grow and develop,the electric businesspeople's gap has gradually expanded,and the industry peers have become more and more serious.MK Corporation is a small-scale startup e-commerce company.Especially in recent years,the company has grown at a faster rate and the demand for talent has increased dramatically.The newly recruited employees are unable to immediately perform their jobs.At the same time,a large number of old employees have left the company and the electric merchants are scarce.Therefore,we should focus on measures to improve MK's human resources management capabilities,select and train more talented people for the company,and promote the long-term development of the company.This paper studies the effectiveness of the recruitment of employees of the Internet e-commerce company MK.First of all,this article summarizes relevant documents and research results of recruitment effectiveness,introduces the content and process of recruitment,and focuses on relevant theories of recruitment,such as:man-gang matching theory,professional anchor theory,quality model theory,competency model theory,etc.Lays a theoretical foundation for follow-up research.Secondly,we introduce the allocation and personnel structure of the human resources department of MK Corporation,and further analyze the recruitment status of MK Corporation,including recruitment positions and quantity,recruitment costs,recruitment channels,and recruitment results.Again,on the basis of related theories and existing research results,combined with the actual situation of MK company,we construct an evaluation index system for MK company recruitment effectiveness,including four levels of recruitment costs,recruitment results,new employee quality,and recruitment channels.There are 19 secondary indicators such as recruitment cost,selection cost,matching degree of employee and organization system,employee moral quality and employee turnover rate.The effectiveness of recruitment of MK companies was evaluated through questionnaires.Factor analysis and regression analysis were used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of MK's recruitment effectiveness,and the influencing factors of MK's recruitment effectiveness were identified.Finally,based on the relevant theories and the influencing factors of the effectiveness of MK recruitment,combined with the problems existing in the recruitment of MK companies,the author puts forward the countermeasures for improving the effectiveness of recruitment of MK companies in order to obtain better recruitment results.It is hoped that through the study of this article,we can provide guidance for the improvement of MK's recruitment efficiency,further reduce recruitment costs and improve recruitment utilization.At the same time,it also provides some references for the recruitment of other e-commerce companies.
