All the enterprises of 21 century is facing unprecedented changes and competition, economic globalization has broken the margin of competition and the rapid development of transnational corporations is one of the most important characteristics of world economy. Transnational corporations have become the pillars of strength among the integration process and economic globalization. For them, whether human resources management effective or not has become the most crucial factor of transnational business. As modern management master Peter Druccker (P.Drucker) once said, only a truly enterprise resource that is man. Management is to make the full development of the human resources. Actually, human resources is the most important resource of the modern enterprises. In the marketing competition, who can hunt the core talent, who win for the first step. So the multinational companies can reach the goal of the company only by developing the human resources effectively, with scientific method to manage the people, motivating people's innovation and enthusiasm.This paper apply the case analysis approach, combining the knowledge of Strategic Management, HR Planning and HR management, study the staff hunting and selection of A company, focusing on how the company culture impacting the staff recruitment, and how the company enhancing it's effectiveness of staff hunting and selection.
