| Chengdu's incubators industry has been developed for more than 20 years, the overall size of which is in a leading position in China. From a nationwide perspective, the incubator played a very important role in the integration of regional resources, boosting innovation entrepreneurship, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In other words, the existence of the incubator has greatly increased the survival rate of start-ups. It has made great achievements in the increasing national tax, boosting employment and optimizing industrial structure, etc.From the investment subject, Incubator mainly can be divided into:the government investment, college & scientific research institute investment and private capital investment and mixed investment incubator; Looking from the nature of the incubator, it can be divided into:party, government leading enterprise and enterprise incubator; Looking from the incubator properties, it can be divided into:public welfare, public welfare and profit completely incubator.In this paper, the incubators' development and operation mode has been studied. There is no clear boundary of the incubators' concept, so it's defined for the incubator discussed in this paper. The incubator is a sharing business model in a complex economic environment, which was built to provide venues, finance and tax legal and policy advice, public technology services for the incubated enterprises, and reduce the cost and risk of the incubated enterprises. At present, the profit pattern of incubators mainly includes:the angel investment, incubation of shares, technology transfer, technical services, industry chain profitability, etc.With the coming of entrepreneurship, a variety of innovative service carriers have sprung up in China. For example, Zhongchuangkongjian is a kind of mini incubator. They take service as the core, and realize own gains by hatching value to the enterprise management. Although traditional incubators have a disadvantage in business types, service mode, they have a lot of resource including industry service resource and service experience which can not be copied. If we can modify the traditional incubators according to the incubator industry development trend, then it will play a great role in the process of promoting innovation.In this paper, we try to put forward some specific operational optimization strategy, through analyzing the problems existing in the A incubator's operation mode. It's believed that "operation mode" refers to the operation and management. The operation of the incubator means how to effectively organize the people, goods, content elements to achieve the organization's effective operation and the greatest possible operating earnings. So, incubators "operation mode" can be described as:service mode and profit mode.From the perspective of service mode, it puts forward to "crowd sourcing service model", which integrate the industrial chain resources, local industry incubators and national industrial base of resources to solve the problems about insufficient service ability, simple service type, complicated management process, and so on. A incubator can play to the functions of virtual service. In addition, it put forward to the A incubator's operational improvement strategy about introducing diversified investment subject, strengthening the platform construction and building the corporation structure of incubator.From the perspective of profit model, it puts forward to the operating strategy of "A service main body, two kinds of service model", which will provide different profit model to different service object. The profit pattern of A incubator mainly includes:the incubated enterprises stake, industrial platform, service of investment and financing and crowd sourcing service.I hope the discussion of optimization strategy about the A incubators' operation mode in this paper could provide some improvement ideas to the traditional incubators'operation mode. |
