Research On The Operation And Management Optimization Strategy Of XGY Business Incubator

Business incubators are technology service organizations that primarily aim to incubate and cultivate startups.Their emergence has greatly reduced the risks of entrepreneurship and development for startups,and is also an important manifestation of China’s strategy of becoming a technology powerhouse.Enterprise incubators cultivate independent operation and market-oriented development by providing basic services,technological services,and third-party value-added services for incubated enterprises,actively promoting the optimization,transformation,and upgrading of regional industrial structure,effectively promoting the improvement and development of regional economic structure,and enhancing regional scientific and technological innovation and industrial technology level.Through literature research,questionnaire and case analysis,this paper analyzes the problems in the operation and management of XGY Business incubator;Based on the analysis of the current situation of the operation and management of XGY Business incubator and the results of the questionnaire,we found that there were five problems in the operation and management of the incubator,namely: low decision-making power of the management team,complex service management systems,low effectiveness of the technology sharing platform,difficulty in attracting and retaining talents,scattered enterprise industry types and fuzzy entry and exit threshold.By studying and analyzing the causes of five problems,this paper proposes five optimization strategies and guarantee measures for the operation and management of XGY incubator,including basic ideas for optimizing the operation and management strategy,precise incubation service optimization strategy,flat team management system optimization,technology sharing platform resource integration optimization,incubator talent system optimization,and the setting of incubation standards and graduation conditions.
