In the era of rapid development of information technology,IT companies,as pioneers in the technology industry,play an important role in promoting the growth and development of the country's economy.IT technology is developing rapidly,and the frequency of product update iteration is extremely high.It is universal that work in the IT industry all night.Employees of products and technicians must have strong innovation,learning ability,strong resistance to face stress.They also should have positive attitude to cope with stress.As a high-pressure IT group,it is particularly important to cultivate traits.Hope traits have a major impact on the individual's active and vibrant lifestyle.Individuals with high hope characteristics tend to adopt more positive and optimistic pressures in the face of problems,thus achieving higher job satisfaction.Therefore,this study used the Adult Hope Quality Table,the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire,and the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale to conduct a survey of 400 employees of three IT companies in Shanghai,and interviewed 20 of them.The results showed:(1)There were significant gender differences in hope traits and job satisfaction,and male employees score significantly higher than female employees.In terms of stress coping style,gender had an interaction with technical posts.Male employees used more active methods in technical posts than non-technical posts.Female employees used negative responses in non-technical posts than technical posts.(2)There was a significant positive correlation between hope characteristics and positive coping styles,internal satisfaction and external satisfaction.Employees with different working years have different correlations between positive coping style and external satisfaction.The positive coping styles of employees under 5 years were significantly positively correlated with external satisfaction.There was no significant correlation between employees' positive coping styles and external satisfaction for more than 5 years.The positive coping style plays a part in mediating the relationship between hope traits and job satisfaction,and the working years play a regulatory rolein the impact of positive coping styles on job satisfaction.(3)According to the results of interviews,employees with high hope and high job satisfaction pay more attention to internal satisfaction,and employees with low hope and low job satisfaction pay more attention to external satisfaction.This leads to the conclusion that the level of traits of IT employees hopes to have an impact on their stress response and job satisfaction.Employees with different working years have different job satisfaction,and employees with a working life of less than 5 years pay more attention to external satisfaction.Employees with different levels of desired traits and job satisfaction have different factors in their work.In the future development of the enterprise,the hope characteristics of the employees can be cultivated,thereby enhancing the value and mutual benefit.
