The securities industry in recent years with the continuous development and improvement, the securities company employees as a special industry group, in the face of opportunities as well as challenges faced, especially in the fast-growing securities industry downturn, the market instability making securities company employees working to accelerate the pace of life, work pressure was a growing trend, mental health in varying degrees are also affected, so they were employees of stressors and coping and mental health problems are increasingly being attention.In this paper, Y securities firms object of empirical research, staff from the core source of stress coping style and mental health research to proceed, through literature review and survey results analysis of various types of pressure and possible pressure source, the data t test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods, focusing on demographic variables on stressors, coping style, mental health, as well as source of stress, coping style, and the relationship between mental health.The following conclusions:1)Y securities company’s core staff working pressure source in terms of gender, age, reproductive status factors were significantly different.2) Y securities company’s core staff coping styles, mental health significantly in terms of gender differences.3) different working pressure source for mental health predictive effect.
