Business model is the most recent race to the hot topic of discussion in academic areas. Along with business models increase the level of analysis and discussion of many magazine and newspaper media gradually feel the business is today a key socio-economic era of theoretical propositions. Meanwhile, businesses started on the mode of business theory and innovation put in a great deal of attention, more and more corporate managers have started learning theory and the innovation of business model theory, and fully affirmed the business model and its innovation on business performance and long-term development has played a vital role. Over a period of time, move 2G and 3G communications era, domestic mobile phone manufacturers had by virtue of low costs and low prices and competition from local advantages and by virtue of the more technologically advanced and brand awareness of the larger foreign brand mobile phones businesses expand and win a certain amount of competition, and has made some achievements in the competition. Mobile phone companies and mobile phones manufacturers for foreign brands after the double competition, China's domestic mobile phone manufacturers suffer certain problems, weak performance, lack of market competitiveness problems. And now, with the arrival of mobile 4G, Chinese mobile phone companies how to adjust management strategies and business models and innovations to enhance the competitiveness of domestic mobile phone manufacturers has become imperative. Among them, the customers as phone companies end consumers, has always been the focus of competition in the mobile phone market, and became the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Chinese mobile phone companies. Along with increased knowledge and skills of the information age, information explosion, and so on, as the market focus groups, by more and more begin to pay attention to the enterprise can provide value, thus creating customer value, the more and more customers of all ages, thus, the competitiveness of enterprises is often stronger. Therefore, from the perspective of customer value of domestic mobile phone manufacturers how customer value oriented business models and innovation, create more customer value for the enterprise, is the important thought of Chinese mobile phone manufacturing enterprises to improve competitiveness and the way. This paper introduces the development situation of China's domestic mobile phone industry, and the value of China's domestic mobile phone industry analysis and market analysis, and summarizes the domestic mobile phone business model, customer value perspective, analyzing the competitive environment of Chinese mobile phone companies, and through the literature and questionnaire survey methods, analysis of factors affecting the domestic mobile phone business model.
