Nowadays,the contradiction among social,production,and ecological functions in the green center area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban cluster is becoming increasingly prominent,in order to coordinate the three functional land-use structures,this study has analyzed the characteristics of urban green-core land function evolutionfrom 2010 to 2015 to guide the following optimization of the land-use function structure.First of all,a land function classification system of the green center area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban cluster was established,then a land function value calculation model which can be used to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of land use function and land value from the time and space dimensions was established according to the the climate,soil,landform,landuse data and other socio-economic data of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban cluster.Based on this,multi-objective linear programming model was employed to achieve the optimal land use allocation scheme for ecology,production and social benefits,and it provides a new perspective for land use management.This study obtained the following main results:(1)The land function classification system in the green center area of Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan urban cluster has been established.Land status types were classified into ecological function land,production function land,and social function land.Value estimation method was used to build up the estimation model of land function value.The ecological function value includes six functional indicators,the production function includes three functional indicators,and the social function includes eight functional indicators.These indicators can fully reflect the function of land in ecology,production and society.(2)The change of land function and value quantity generally shows a trend of “one increase and two decrease”,that is,the social function land and its value were increasing,the ecological function land and production function land as well as their value were decreasing.And the total function value shows a trend of “decrease and then increase”,it was decreasing from 2010 to 2013 while increasing from 2013 to 2015.It reflects that the green center area was affected by the acceleration of the urbanization process of the Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan urban cluster,and the social functions in the green center area was continue to invading and occupying land and Change the value of its original function.(3)The land function of the green center area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban cluster has obvious spatial distribution differences.The ecological functionlands were mainly distributed in the core area of the northeastern part in the green center area of ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan urban cluster;the production function lands were mainly distributed in the strip distribution on both sides of the Xiangjiang River and on the eastern boundary of the the green center area,the social function lands were mainly concentrated in the eastern Xiangjiang Economic Zone.The three major functions of the green center area of the Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan urban cluster have obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics.From 2010 to 2015,the hotspots of land function change were concentrated in the west and distributed from north to south.(4)The functional development of each area is unbalanced.Changsha area needs to focus on the protection of forest land to prevent indiscriminate exploitation and hacking,and the emphasis was the protection of ecological function land;Xiangtan area should focus on ensuring the use of land for production functions,and the emphasis was the protection of cultivated land and the prevention of that the traffic land cuts offgreen center area green center area;Zhuzhou area needs to reduce the occupancy of the garden and the water area.(5)The optimal land-use configuration schemethe of land ecological,production,and social benefits based on the priority of land ecological function value can be obtained by using the multi-objective linear programming model with MATLAB software.Through the comparison and analysis of the benefits after the optimization of the structure,it was turned out that the value of the ecological function of the land structure after optimized allocation was far higher than the current situation with an increase of 2.23 billion CNY.In order to protect the ecological function value of the green center area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban cluster,solutions need proposing to adjust the future function land according to the scheme: protecting ecologically functional land,formulating ecological compensation mechanisms,protecting basic farmland,improving the quality of land for productive use;economizing and intensively using land for social functions to effectively use three-dimensional space.
