| Housing,as real estate,is the important production and living materials and he most valuable fixed assets.Housing demolition is called one of the most difficult things in the world.It is widely involved in the people's livelihood,affecting people's lives,production and management.With the speeding up of urbanization process,the housing demolition has become a large,inevitable social phenomenon.How to compliance in accordance with the law and improve people's livelihood in the process of urban housing dismantlement is one of the inevitable requirements of pushing forward the construction of the social and innovation of social management.The research of this problem has important theory value and practical significance.In the context of Promulgation of regulation on expropriation of houses on state-owned land and compensation,the object of this study is to analyze relevant issues and suggestions during procession of housing expropriation,which is because of Nanchang u subway line 1 construction.Its main idea is to review issues at first,and analyze problems theoretically.Then we find the deeper reasons with examples and provide countermeasures at last.This article is divided into six chapters.Among them,Chapter 1 is an introduction;Chapter 2 is sketch of the houses expropriation and its policies;Chapter 3 is investigation and analysis of new policy about houses expropriation of Nanchang Metro Line 1;Chapter 4 is the problems encountered in the houses expropriation and analysis of reasons;Chapter 5 is the suggestions and advices;Chapter 6 is Conclusion and Outlook.Study suggests that in spite of many difficulties such as pessimistic external social environment,imperfect policy,deficiency of appropriate facilities and other problems of projects etc.At last,The study proposed that local governments should solve above problems by creating good social environment,develop the scientific and reasonable compensation programs and constantly strive for excellence of projects. |
