"Intelligence" is a term which often be mentioned in our lives, the two key elements of the software and hardware, and integrated circuit is the basis of the hardware configuration. ICs can be used in from household electric appliances to aeronautical equipment. Since China has become the world's factory, the Chinese market is very important for IC manufacturers and distributors. Moreover, with the government vigorously supporting, the domestic IC industry has improved significantly, and promote the development of the integrated circuit industry, providing opportunities for IC distri butors.At present, the domestic IC market is highly competitive, the popularity of the network makes the cost of sales and product applications more transparent, the traditional sales mode can't meet the fierce market competition. To achieve competitive advantage in the market, the IC manufacturers demand their distributors to meet the needs in technical support, product solutions, warehousing and transportation for extension of its products. At the same time, the end-user equipment manufacturers become more and more critical, they require distributors to provide comprehensive support in capital, technology, logistics and s o on. Lot of challenges to IC distributors subject to the survival and development, the electronics industry development of global is tends to slump. IC distributors must change their roles and adjust their distribution strategy, support more value-added service, in order to cope with the fierce competition in the future.The paper study a local distributor of integrated circuits which hav e been invented about fifteen years, is a typical representative of local distributors. This company has strength financial, extensive product line and customer resources, can predict the development of the industry situation very well, and can make quick adjustments. Because all of above, the company is able to develop robust, and seize the initiative in the fierce competition in the industry. I had worked for this company about eight years from March 2015 as product line manager and the manager of East Branch office, so I know its business very familiar, and these can support some help for my paper. I can get in touch with some development and implementation strategies, and can insight into the operations and analysis of the company.This paper will be based on the marketing strategy and STP analysis theory to systematic analysis the marketing strategy of North Technology Enterprise, and through query and analysis the relevant information, and interviews few management staff, combined with the distribution status of the domestic IC industry, Analysis the reason why North Technology Enterprise can success in the fierce competition. I hope the information can support some value reference for other companies in the same industry.
