With an annual demand 40 M sets of Air Conditioner, China is the 1st largest market of the world. In recent years, air conditioner market is in new trends, the first is smart technology, the second is online sales grows rapidly, the third is market requests air filtering function, because of serious air pollution. Considering these market trends, S company will focus on the business of new generation smart air conditioner, target customers are the middle-class families in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.This business plan interprets the smart air conditioner project of S company, analyzes the business model, the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and threats of air conditioner industry, this business plan also analyzes target customers and competitors. This business plan uses STP method and 4Ps strategy analysis, introduces the management team and structure, forecasts the 5 years development target and the finance performance, analyzes the social effects and risks. In the last chapter, we summarize the main points of the project of S company Smart air conditioner.
