GWT is the trading business unit under GW,a public company list in ShenZhen stock Martet since 1997.As a young company and an important business unit which will help GW to achieve diversification strategy,GWT expand its businesses very quickly.This article is focus on the business plan of GWT to work as a distributor of TY's product including Muti-layer Ceramic Capacitor(MLCC).This article is in form of business proposal.Chapter 1-General Introduction is to introduce background and purpose of such research;Chapter 2 is summary to introduce in detail of GW and GWT development progress,current status and organization structure;Chapter 3 is introducing the business environment analysis of GWT and TY's product by PSET macro analysis of China market and GWT and TY's competitiveness analysis.By adopting tools of SWOT to clearly indentify GWT competitiveness in China market in terms of strength,weakness,opportunity and threat;Chapter 4 identifies the target market and market positioning of GWT and fix the strategy of customer development and promotion by using STP analysis;In chapter 5,it sets up the policy of sale and project management base on the strategy above.Chapter 6 is analyzing the financial situation and risk of this project and setting up and control plan to the risk.This article uses PEST,4P and STP sales theory during constitute this business plan.My personal performance and experience for industrial marketing in the last 14 years will also setup the foundation to execute this project to achieve the expected target.
