In current society,with the developing and application of internet,communication technology and cell phone termination,human life style and spending habit are quickly changing. All kinds of industries are implementing E-Commerce and E-Marketing,especially in tourism industry. There are much difference between E-Marketing and traditional marketing,E-Marketing is bringing many chances for company development and is challenging traditional Marketing. How to take the advantages of E-Marketing in companies will be very important strategy of competition.This paper makes deep research on E-Marketing theory,current situation at home and abroad,analyzes its functions,features and advantages and so on.This report makes detailed analysis on H company's situation,E-Marketing status and problems. And H company must implement E-Marketing strategy. Through analyzing the environment of political,economic,social and technology,we get the method of making strategy and make the strategy of product,price, place and promotion.Half a year later after implementing E-Marketing strategy,the report proves the availabilities of strategy by comparing the sales growth of H company.The research results of the report show that H company must make and implement effective E-Marketing strategy:improving website contents,taking all kinds of network promotion channel including SEM,network ads,community forum,wechat,weibo and so on. Professional marketing team is also a key. The research report helps the same companies pay more attention to E-Marketing so that they can take advantages of E-Marketing to improve sales performance. The report has social value and social meaning on industry development.
