With the rise of the network car,all major platforms are constantly exploring the market,"Cao Cao travel" as a rising star is not far behind."Cao Cao travel" is not the first company to make a network car,but the latecomers are on the road.With a unique operation and management model,they have already made a world in the markets all over the country.By the end of 2018,they have been more than 70 in the country.The medium-sized city has obtained the “Network Appointment Taxi Business License”,which means that the market of the network car has achieved rapid development.After a period of normal operation in some cities,"Cao Cao travel" has been accepted by more and more people,and its popularity is growing and spreading.For the untapped market,how to occupy a certain market share in a new market has become an urgent issue,and then its marketing has become a top priority.Through a large number of reading related literatures,this paper studies marketing related theories,including PEST analysis,service marketing 7Ps theory and STP theory,and puts forward specific marketing strategies for customers' loyalty and low viscosity.As an "emerging" product,the network car originally relied on "burning money" to win customers,but this way can not be maintained for a long time.“Cao Cao Travel” is different from “Drip”.Its customer group is a middle-and high-end customer group.This customer group has higher requirements for online car.Only by service can it truly win customers.In response to the “Cao Cao Travel” network car market,the author proposed a specific marketing strategy based on the 7Ps marketing theory,and implemented a combination of various marketing strategies to change the traditional “burning money” model and improve the platform's profitability.At the same time,in order to ensure the practicality of the marketing strategy,it is also guaranteed from multiple angles.Only in this way can the marketing strategy of "Cao Cao travel" be meaningful.The focus of the marketing work is to pay more attention to the implementation details of the strategy in the actual work,to test the feasibility of the strategy through the implementation of the strategy,to correct the shortcomings in time;for the advantages,we must sum up the experience.Since the network car is a new thing,there is currently little research on the network car,and there are not many references for reference.By studying the marketing strategy of “Cao Cao Travel”,this paper can not only provide better guidance for “Cao Cao Travel” to open up new markets nationwide,but also provide some guidance for the marketing promotion of net car companies across the country.In addition,it can also fulfill the shortcomings of some research and provide reference for future researchers.I have limited ability,and the research on marketing strategy is not deep enough.In the future,I should learn more and continue to broaden my horizons to ensure the renewal and implementation of the strategy,so that I will go further.
