China's network economy has developed rapidly,and the Internet has been greatly promoted and popularized.With the national policy on the development of the Internet and the higher requirements for the standardized operation of enterprises,the competition between e-commerce companies and the same industry is becoming increasingly fierce.The rapid development of mobile Internet enables users to access more convenient and efficient network services.Enterprises will not only face competition from the same industry,but also more unusual industry who compete with them in a particular field.Today's society,is a customer-oriented digital age,and using online marketing strategies and using technology or the way consumers are more receptive to attract consumers,is the modern trend of network marketing.Network marketing will be the next battleground for e-commerce companies to compete in the future.Company G is an e-commerce company that is transforming into network marketing.The thesis starts with the concept of network marketing,and expounds the mode of network marketing and the boundary of marketing system.Then,through the Porter model,the external environment of company G's network marketing is analyzed,and its internal development status is introduced.The problems in the development of company G's product network marketing and the causes are discussed through expert interviews.On base of those above,by using classic 4P marketing theory combined with symbiotic marketing theory,the thesis explores and develops a soft marketing plan from the channel integration,market segmentation,product mix,content marketing and other aspects,equally clears the guarantees of implementation from the organizational structure,staffing and other aspects,controls the progress and quality of the implementation of the network marketing scheme.Company G is still in the exploration stage in the network marketing industry.This thesis takes the actual project of G company as an example,implementing the marketing plan,and recording the implementation results.The network promotion effect evaluation index system model was used to evaluate the application effect,and it was concluded that the marketing scheme improved the implementation effect of G company's network marketing in a certain extent.
