An Empirical Study On The Green Development Of Industry In Hebei Province

The economic development of Hebei province is mainly dependent on the development of industry,the province has about 45% of GDP comes from the development of industry,industrial development in Hebei province to the whole economic development plays an important role.Although the industrial development in Hebei province is faster,but still the development mode with high input,high consumption,high emission of extensive development pattern,energy intensive industries account for a large proportion in the industrial development in Hebei province,more than 50%,the impact on the economic development in Hebei province.The development of these energy intensive industries of Hebei province has a role in promoting economic development, but also brought low resource utilization,environmental degradation, pollution and so on a series of problems, and the sustainable development of the contradiction.Therefore, how to change the industrial development in Hebei province and the contradiction between resources and environment, to achieve resource conservation and environment friendly new path of industrialization, achieve the green development of the industry in Hebei province,has become an important subject in the process of economic development in Hebei province.This article selects the related data of Hebei province from 2004 to 2014 to analyze the industrial green development in Hebei province,found in Hebei province industrial development mainly depends on the development of heavy industry.But in recent years, heavy industry development speed slow, high and new technology industrial development has increased, but the development of high-tech industries can not make up for the lack of heavy industry development,the need to further promote the development of high-tech industries.Analyzed the industrial resource consumption and pollutant emissions in Hebei province, and found that the total water consumption of basic stable, ten thousand yuan of industrial added value of resource consumption is on the decline, pollutant discharge change trend,and there is no obvious downward trend.In this paper,the industrial development of green has carried on the comprehensive evaluation in Hebei province. Selected the industrial development, industrial pollution control, industrial pollutant emissions and resource consumption of four factors layer13 indicators. Using the entropy method, the comprehensive evaluation of green industry development in Hebei province,and found that green industrial development in Hebei province getting better year by year. But compared with the Beijing and Tianjin, and found in the green industry development is not enough in Hebei province,mainly is the high resource consumption and pollutant emissions.According to the existing problems in the industrial development of green in Hebei province, realize green development in Hebei province can adopt the following path: the ecological industrial park development path, the comprehensive utilization of resources development path, "Internet + industry" development path and green financial development path. Finally, according to the industrial development of green in Hebei province to study and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
