Availability and retention of human resources is a major management challenge facing the hotel, while the low satisfaction of hotel welfare system is undoubtedly the main reason for the hotel staff to resign. What effect will hotel welfare system bring to staff organization involvement and resignation tendency? What salary welfare can adapt to the hotel development? Nowadays these questions are seldom studies in theory. Therefore, based on the analysis of hotel welfare system, the author carried out a self-designed questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed with SPSS21.0. Staff organization involvement and resignation tendency was discussed from the perspective of hotel welfare system, which is expected to provide some references to academic research and industrial practice.Based on literature research, the study constructed a model with the following hypothesis. H1:The hotel welfare system has a significant effect on its staff organization, i.e., the higher the recognition degree, use and satisfaction of hotel welfare system, the greater the degree of organizational identification, and vice versa. H(1):The recognition of hotel welfare system has a significant effect on staff organization; H(2): the use of hotel welfare system has a significant effect on staff organization; H(3): The satisfaction of hotel welfare system has a significant effect on staff organization. H2:The hotel welfare system has a significant effect on the tendency of its staff resignation, i.e., the higher the recognition degree, use and satisfaction of hotel welfare system, the lower the resignation tendency rate, and vice versa. H(1):The recognition of hotel welfare system has a significant effect on staff resignation tendency; H(2): the use of hotel welfare system has a significant effect on staff resignation tendency; H(3) : The satisfaction of hotel welfare system has a significant effect on staff resignation tendency. After the questionnaire and interview with R Hotel staff with the thereafter data analysis, the study came to the following conclusions:1. The enhancement of satisfaction with hotel welfare system will increase the staff recognition degree, which is beneficial to the long-term development of the hotel.2. The enhancement of satisfaction with hotel welfare system is helpful to decrease the rate of staff resignation tendency, which will exert great effect on retaining the hotel human resources and cut down on the human resource cost.3. The recognition degree of R Hotel welfare system is comparatively higher, while that of home leave, perfect attendance bonus, Hotel internal cross training, outward development and outside hotel training(training in chain hotels, etc) is relatively low, which is in line with the actual situation of the hotel.4. Staff of R Hotel are mainly dissatisfied with home leave, perfect attendance bonus, language training(foreign languages), Hotel internal cross training, outward development and outside hotel training(training in chain hotels, etc)5. Satisfaction with the hotel welfare system is not the only reason for staff resignation tendency. There is a significant and positive correlation between the two, while a significant negative correlation between satisfaction degree and resignation tendency. Hence administrators should pay close attention to formulation and implementation of hotel welfare system.
