Summary With the development of the national economy,the hotel industry has become one of the fastest-growing industries in China.According to the World Tourism Organization forecast: By 2020,the global tourist will reach 16 billion people,China will become the largest tourism host country,Xinjiang tourism will usher in unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.February 1997,China's first budget hotel "Jinjiang star Park shop" was born in Shanghai,because of the wide adaptability of economic hotels,this new format of the emerging hotel brand began to flourish,foreign well-known brand hotel also joined,the development of the economy of the boom formation and rapid development.Because of the slow development of economic hotels in Xinjiang,they only pay attention to the short-term development of staff,lack of long-term planning for their career,lack of long-term training,incentive mechanism to make the employee's active turnover problem more prominent.Staff turnover will bring great losses to the company in the days of the Hyatt,based on the investigation of employee's active turnover,this research will analyze the influence of three aspects of enterprise,employee and society on employee's active turnover tendency,and on the basis of comparing the present situation of human resource management of existing enterprises,it is proposed to construct a complete,scientific and Suitable for the development of the enterprise employment,retention mechanism for the enterprise to create more value.For this reason,the thesis studies the theory and research results of brain drain and active turnover tendency at home and abroad,taking the entity of Tian Yue Hotel as an example,this paper analyzes the current status of incentive mechanism and the existing problems,and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures for the first-line staff of the enterprise.Through detailed elaboration how to design a set of enterprise development for the stable staff of the whole process method,so that other budget hotel design and stability of the staff team to provide reference and reference.
