Research On The Problem Of Farmland Circulation In Wugang City

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, small-scale,individual household, decentralized management, low labor efficiency forms of agriculture is more and more difficult to adapt to the requirements of modern and efficient agricultural development. Promoting rural land to actualize moderate scale operation not only can significantly improve the allocative efficiency of proportion of agricultural land, but also is conducive to the training of agricultural growers, urban and rural development, rural regional distribution, specialization, intensive management, large-scale development modern agriculture new pattern. Therefore, the research of rural land with analyzing farmers' land Transaction will and behavioral characteristics has important practical significance, which will contribute to finding out problems, and also proposing targeted countermeasures.This dissertation is based on the survey of 245 households and field interviews in Wu Gang, using statistical and comparative methods to analyse and research the transferring farmland status, farmers' willingness and behavior as well as the exiting problems. Firstly, it presents the elementary features of local farmers from aspects of educational level, age composition, household income and the proportion of non-agricultural income, farmers' willingness is also classified according to the relationship between family income and direction, modality in transferring farmland;Secondly, terms and conditions are concluded from rent in transferring farmland and expectation in transferring duration, moreover, disputes in the process of transferring could be consequently clarified as who participate in the transaction and how the transaction proceeds are found out; Thirdly, we subsequently explore hindrances in transferring farmland when researching the involvement of social security,spontaneous modality of transferring farmland, profit mechanism and the cost of transferring; Finally, faced the problems occurring in the process of transferring, it puts forward proposals to regulate and improve the farmland transferring market in Wu Gang.This research concluded as follows: the transferring market of farmland in Wu Gang has a great potential demand for the transferring land which is related to thenumber of the leased transferring agricultural land and the possibility of the employment away from home; furthermore, annual family income plays a great role in the modality and direction of agricultural transferring land, thus the direction of transferring is in favor with farmers who have plenty of harvest, the duration is longer farmers love more, what the most concerned is the disputes occurring in the process of the land transferring, there is no doubt that supply deficiency, short duration,drawbacks in spontaneous transactions and high cost restrict the scale and speed of farmland transferring; That is to say, it is high time to establish and improve the system, regulate the market, promote the service and guidance with training farmers,in a conclusion, the transferring market of farmland in Wu Gang will sustain sound stable and orderly development by utilizing the above mentioned measures.
