Research On Poor Households' Willingness To Transfer Land And Its Influencing Factors

For farmers,land is not only an indispensable part of life,but also the main source of economic income of some families.This shows the importance of land to farmers.Since the continuous advancement of the "Precision Poverty Alleviation"policy in 2014,more and more policies benefiting farmers have been enjoyed by farmers,and the term "poor households" has been born.Since the implementation of this policy,although it has been said that the living standards of poor households have been improved to a certain level,and the poverty alleviation in special industries has also achieved initial success,there are still some land disputes and land property rights in the process of land transfer involved in industrial poverty alleviation.Issues such as clarity have greatly affected the enthusiasm of poor households to participate in the land transfer work.Therefore,based on the property rights theory,land rent theory and economies of scale theory,this article selects S Town,Z City,Shandong Province as the site of field investigation,and comprehensively extracts various factors to extract the more typical poverty-stricken households in A,B,C,and D characteristic industrial villages in S Town.21 households,conducted in-depth interviews on the basic situation of poor households,land transfer status and its influencing factors,understanding of land transfer policy,and the role and behavior of village cadres in land transfer work,using rooted theory The law attempts to analyze the poverty-stricken households'willingness to transfer out land and the key factors that affect their willingness to transfer out—subject factors and environmental factors.The main factors include age,education level,non-agricultural employment,traditional ideas and family income status;Environmental factors mainly include the role and behavior of village cadres participating in the land transfer,the degree of standardization of the land transfer market,and the development status of the characteristic industries in the "precision poverty alleviation" policy to propose specific optimization paths.Not only helps to increase the enthusiasm of poor households in S town,Z city,Shandong province to participate in the land transfer work,but also gives full play to the positive promotion of industrial poverty alleviation in the "precision poverty alleviation" policy;The endogenous power of households,to achieve precise assistance to help get rid of poverty at an early date,and thus to promote the rational operation of the land transfer system for poor households in town S,town Z,Shandong province.
