Three-dimensional Capital And The Willingness Of Agricultural Transferring Populations' Citizenization In Gui Zhou Province

The agricultural transferring population is a special group in the process of the industrialization and urbanization of our country,who plays a vital role in the economic growth of China.But the agricultural transferring populations are regarded as urban social vulnerable groups and marginal groups,who are hard to integrate into the urban society.At the background of new urbanization,the willingness and the influencing factors of agricultural transferring populations' citizenization are of great significance in speeding up to achieve the goal of urbanization in our country.Firstly,a literal review at home and abroad of the willingness of agricultural transferring populations' citizenization is made in detail on the basis of the three aspects of agricultural transferring populations' three-dimensional capital.Then the present situation of the willingness of agricultural transferring populations' citizenization is analyzed under the foundations of the questionnaire data of agricultural transferring population in 2017 in Guizhou province.Finally,empirical study and comparative analysis are made about the effects from the human capital,social capital and psychological capital to the willingness of agricultural transferring populations' citizenization by the structural equation model.The conclusion contains:(1)all of the four observable indicators reflecting the citizenization willingness treatment of rural homestead,the main use of future income,settlement intention,the willingness of changing the household register,have significant positive impact,and treatment of rural homestead intends to the strongest.(2)in the three-dimensional capital of agricultural transferring population,human capital and social capital have significant positive impact,and the human capital intends to the strongest.Psychological capital don't have significant positive impact.(3)All of the three observable indicators of human capital,education,health,and skills training have a significant positive impact,and the influence of education intends to the strongest.(4)All of the three observable indicators of social capital,the relationship dimension,structural dimension and cognitive dimension have significant positive impact,and the influence of the relationship dimension intends to the strongest.At the end of this paper,several suggestions about the improving of human capital and social capital are put forward on the basis of the conclusion above.
