Research On Logistics And Supply Chain Management Of A Company

Since the 21 st century,Chinese traditional retail industry has entered the mature stage of development.But as part of foreign-invested enterprise will bring the advanced experience of supply chain management into China,and lead the trend to the research and practice of supply chain management in China.This paper first reviews the development of the theory of supply chain management,mainly analyzes the mainstream and administrative measures of the supply chain management at present;Secondly,from the perspective of the A company and its business in China,from suppliers and goods management,total distribution center,stores management and information system management and so on four aspects,it analyzes the A company current situation of supply chain management;Finally combined with related theories and the goal of A company supply chain optimization,it comes up with the optimization plan for the inventory control,supplier structure,index system,the development strategy in four aspects in A company,such as to guide the A company supply chain management practices.This paper through to the supply chain management related theory and method are studied,combined with the actual situation of A company,through the methods of literature review and expert interview,makes a deep analysis of the supply chain management in A company;And hope that through the case demonstration role of A company supply chain management,produces reference significance to other retail enterprises,and promotes the whole supply chain retail industry level of ascension.
