The Global Development Trend Of Nuclear Power And Chinese Countermeasures

Energy shortage,environmental pollution and other issues are becoming increasingly serious.Countries of the world accelerate the development of new energy and technology researching.Nuclear power has been adopted and developed in the world because of its clean,high efficiency,low carbon,economic and other advantages.However,the 2011 Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant accident made the recovering of nuclear power development down.This thesis,according to the background of international low carbon,analyzes the main countries of the world which nuclear power development characteristics,including technology,finance,policy,human aspects proposed the trend of the future development of nuclear power,improve the security and economy of the nuclear power,research and develop the new materials and new technology.In the next 10 to 15 years,develop and utilize of a new generation of nuclear power system and the development of small module technology in unconditional area.Increase policy efforts to reduce the intensity of nuclear power financing difficulties.Strengthen the cultivation of professional talents.In 1985 our country independently designed and built Qinshan Nuclear Power Station.China always follows foreign cooperation but in own load of nuclear power development road.After more than thirty years of development,China digest and introduce and abort of the third generation nuclear power system which made a bit success.However,there are still some problems of the development of nuclear power development in our country,such as nuclear power proportion in China’s energy structure is low;nuclear power technology model is not uniform,poor international competitiveness;institutional mechanisms lack of reform and innovation,talent shortage.In the future,China should increase the proportion of clean energy by adjusting the energy structure and reduce the proportion of traditional energy.Nuclear power in China needs to complete independent research,design,construction,decommissioning of the closed-loop to make large-scale nuclear exports.Provide nuclear power foreign investment.Make nuclear power innovation and promote nuclear power industry overall development efforts and management.Cultivate more nuclear power talents.
